THINGS TO PUT IN YOUR NOGGIN
Rushing is not an option for us, so we strongly suggest you arrive about 5 minutes early. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we might have to reschedule your appointment altogether, which would be no bueno.
We do ~dry~ chops, so do not show up for your appointment with wet hair. Come with your hair dry, fresh, and without tangles. If it’s curly or wavy, keep your curls intact, and if it’s super straight, keep it down and detangled. Otherwise, we might have to reschedule your appointment– a bummer for you and us both!
We lovingly ask that all changes or cancellations be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time. We do request to reserve a credit card for the booking of all services in the salon to protect the valuable time of our team. Cancellations made after this time frame are subject to a fee of 40%. Refund requests are at managements discretion.
Guests that do not call and do not show up to an appointment will be required to leave a 50% deposit for their future booking which will be non-refundable in the event of a cancelation within the 24 hour time frame.

Heck yeah, Baby! Our booking system uses an SSL encryption system that is PCI compliant, as all banks require. Through this system your card information is saved directly though your bank outside of our booking program.
